First up, other funny sites in the vein of this one, although these ones actually update:
Progressive Boink - Mike Fireball's new home since vacating Poprocks & Coke.
X-Entertainment - The site 99.99% of these entertainment / news sites are based off, and THE place to go for your pop culture fix.
TeH Internet - The Flyin' Jew's site. Also involved with Superforum Of Obscurity
I read webcomics. I enjoy them. You should read them too! Here's a couple of my favorites:
Bob And George - Almost every sprite comic today owes its' existance to this place. Check it out if you're looking for a good sprite comic
Ctrl+Alt+Del - One of the funniest webcomics out there, videogame-related or not.
Explosm.net's Cyanide And Happiness - A crudely drawn, very twisted, but very consistently funny web comic that is much more likely to piss you off than this place is.
Penny Arcade - Probably the biggest name in videogame webcomics. Consistantly hilarious.
VG Cats - Videogame-related comic. This one features cartoon cats.
8-Bit Theater - Another popular sprite comic, this time based on Final Fantasy.
Like a good chunk of the non-sexual deviant internet population, and a noticable chunk of the sexual deviant internet population, I'm a gamer. Here's some gaming-related stuff:
GameFAQs - The place to go when you want cheats, secrets, or help on a game.
Emu-Russia - A ROM / emulation site based in Russia, I think. Probably not entirely legal, but that's your problem, not mine.
Zophar's Domain - The most complete site for anything emulator-related.
Maple Story - A free, 2D MMORPG. Fun, simple, and doesn't need a high-end computer to run.
Next are some sites that I find funny and a couple of sites that are just useful:
Dane Cook - His official site. One of my favorite comedians.
Men Who Look Like Kenny Rogers - I don't think this site really needs any explanation...
Homestar Runner - A funny flash cartoon site. Home of the Strongbad emails.
Ill Will Press - Home of Foamy The Squirrel. Very funny flash cartoons.
Superdickery - Ever notice how much of a dick Superman is? Well this site has. So funny it's hard to believe that these are REAL comic book covers.
The Internet Movie Database - The most informative movie site there is. Period. Also has covers TV shows.
Torrent Spy - The place to look when you need to pirate download stuff. One of the largest torrent sites still active.
Mozilla - Home of the best web browser around, Mozilla Firefox. If you don't have it, you should.
Music is a big part of my life. Here are some bands and music-related sites I think you should check out:
Stephen Lynch - My favorite comedian. A "pretty" voice and clean cut look mask demented, but always hilarious lyrics.
Metallica - St. Anger aside, one of the greatest bands ever.
Funeral For A Friend - Awesome "Screamo" band from the UK.
Senses Fail - Another "Screamo" band I really like. Check them out.
Fall Out Boy - One of my favorite bands currently. A pop-punk band with catchy songs and lyrics that are anything but typical.
Plain White T's - Not much to say about this group. Check them out if you like pop-punk / pop-rock.
Sugarcult - Another pop-punk band that rocks live.
Foo Fighters - Dave Grohl is awesome. One of the funnier guys in rock music.
Richard Cheese - A lounge singer that takes various popular songs and adapts them to lounge style.
MC Chris - A Frequent voice on the Williams Street-produced Adult Swim cartoons. Has a high voice and raps about geek stuff.
The Black Mages - Final Fantasy music adapted to a heavy metal style.
Copy, Right? - A great mp3 blog that specializes in cover songs. One of the few people that has more cover songs than I do. NOT an easy feat.
Cowboy Troy - The world's first black, rapping cowboy. Something that you have to hear to believe.
